The interior
The house, unique and whilst part of a 1800th century farmhouse is completely independent. It is immersed in the Monferrato countryside and offers absolute tranquility, a unique panorama and a relaxing holiday experience in the countryside.
The newly renovated house of 70 sqm is located on the ground floor, overlooking 2,000 sqm of fenced garden. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with an additional sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The panoramic terrace overlooking the Monferrato, Unesco heritage site, is available to you.
For breakfast, if you wish, we can provide you with a basket of zero Km products. A perfect way to start the day, enjoyed on the table outside, among the buddleia and butterflies. Just tell us what you like so we can offer you the best.
The house is equipped with everything you need: bed linnen, towels and table linen and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outside
Immersed in the hills of the Monferrato countryside, we are in the lesser known, and more discreet Monferrato, where the countryside is picture perfect, where the days pass slowly to gives everyone back the time that the city steals. We have decided to create a hide away that fits as naturally as possible into this colorful background.

Not only dogs and cats but also rabbits, ferrets, birds and minipigs ...
If you're traveling with your pets tell us about them, so we can make the house ready to welcome them. The farmhouse is the home of many animals so the guests dog must be supervised when you're outside enjoing the garden.

Around
From the farmhouse you can walk directly for miles in the countryside. There are roads that lead into the woods and there are many activities and attractions that are on offer. For those who love the tranquility of the countryside and the company of animals this is the ideal place to spend a holiday.
Monferrato is located in a strategic position to visit and be easily reached from three Regions, among the richest in nature, history, art and food and wine: Piedmont, Liguria and Lombardy. A short distance away is Moncalvo, with all services, a small town but not without attractions and events in every season of the year. Asti is 18 km away, Turin is 76 km, Alba and the Langhe are 50 km.
The spectacular villages of Cuccaro and Lu which, because of their beauty, they have the amazing "big benches". These are hyper-sized benches that overlook the most fascinating landscapes of Piedmont and, that of Cuccaro, just as a tribute to the fragrant expanse , is of an intense blue color like lavender.
Moncalvo is the capital of Monferrato, a Unesco heritage site and rich in history and art. It is a small town but full of buildings to discover, mostly from the Middle Ages. The Church of Sant'Antonio and that of San Francesco with the works of Guglielmo Caccia "il Moncalvo" are among the most authentic expressions of the period of gold of this territory.
The area of Moncalvo and Casale is also the heart of the Jewish Monferrato, it hosts a large synagogue very rich in the art and history of the community. In Casale M.to you will find the Duomo and the civic tower, an example of the Casalese baroque. Within the Casale Monferrato area, there is also the largest rice growing area in Italy. The best attraction remains the Castello dei Paleologi, also called Castello dei Gonzaga, surrounded by a hexagonal moat.
We can also help you to discover Casale Monferrato and Asti, not far away, which will certainly impress lovers of history, art and architecture, or provide you with the map of the infernots, the stone rooms scattered throughout the Monferrato and used to keep the wine, accessible in September and October.
One of the most important dance events today resides in Moncalvo, Moncalvodanza, and the Orsolina 28 dance school has been open since 2016.
